We are honored to announce that Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (CNHF) recently received the Robert E. Tranquada, MD Safety Net (Tranquada XII) Grant of $75,000 to provide currently authorized COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible low-income individuals in the Southern California communities which we serve. The Tranquada XII funds will support COVID-19 vaccination program infrastructures, engage in outreach, and utilize appropriate resources to address barriers to vaccinations experienced by medically underserved areas (MUAs). The grant agreement began on May 10, 2021, and will end on May 9, 2022. Thank you to our partners at LA Care for making this possible. We are beyond grateful for this opportunity to further serve our community!
